Abstract

 งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินระดับความเข้าใจและการเรียนรู้ของผู้ชม (Audience Learning Gains) จากการรับชมสื่อวิดีทัศน์วิทยาศาสตร์ชุด Science Facts บน YouTube คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ที่พัฒนาด้วยกรอบ Storytelling Canvas (S-Canvas) โดยเปลี่ยนจุดเน้นไปสู่ชุดข้อมูลกรณีศึกษาใหม่ 5 หัวข้อที่สอดคล้องกับพฤติกรรมสังคมปัจจุบัน เพื่อวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์เชิงคุณภาพด้านความเข้าใจทางวิทยาศาสตร์อย่างเป็นระบบ ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงอธิบาย (Directed Content Analysis) โดยทำการสกัดและวิเคราะห์ข้อความแสดงความคิดเห็นของผู้ชมรวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 26 ข้อความ (N = 26) จาก 5 กรณีศึกษาดังกล่าว ถอดรหัสตามกรอบอนุกรมวิธานของบลูม ใน 3 มิติ ได้แก่ การจดจำเนื้อหาหลัก (Recall) ระดับความเข้าใจเชิงอธิบายซ้ำ (Comprehension) และแรงจูงใจในการขยายผลองค์ความรู้ (Science Engagement)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วิดีทัศน์ที่ผสานองค์ประกอบ S-Canvas ด้านความขัดแย้งเชิงอารมณ์ (Conflict) และความฉับไวต่อสถานการณ์ (Timing) ได้สูง ได้แก่ กรณีแผ่นดินไหว (124,736 วิว) และกลไกสมองขณะเกิดผีอำ (57,608 วิว) สามารถกระตุ้นให้เกิด “การเรียนรู้เชิงอธิบายซ้ำ” และ “การนำไปใช้จริง” ของผู้ชม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ปรากฏหลักฐานเชิงคุณภาพจากการที่ผู้ชมพิมพ์อธิบายกลไกวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อลดความตื่นตระหนกให้แก่ผู้อื่น ในขณะที่เนื้อหาเชิงนโยบาย (ภาษีที่ดินฯ) มีปฏิสัมพันธ์เชิงการเรียนรู้ต่ำกว่า ข้อจำกัดวิจัยคือการพึ่งพิงข้อมูลบนหน้าจอเป็นหลัก ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงกลยุทธ์คือการจัดตั้ง “ระบบวิเคราะห์กระแสสังคมร่วมกับการวัดผลการเรียนรู้แบบปิดลูป” (Feedback & Learning Loop) เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการผลิตสื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับสถาบันอย่างยั่งยืน ภายใต้กรอบจริยธรรมข้อมูล
